Ocean Isle Beach is considered by many to be one of the nation’s premier family beaches.. The dream over 50 years ago came true, a dream held close to Odell Williamson’s heart, with a careful, quiet regard for the pleasure and happiness of others. The Island of Ocean Isle Beach was and has continued to be dedicated to God by Odell and Virginia Williamson.

Nearly twenty years ago Odell Williamson envisioned the need for this chapel. As time went by and with some contribution from others this vision was expanded as he saw clearly the need for taking the initiative on behalf of Ocean Isle Beach Chapel.

Through the vision of Odell & Virginia Williamson the ministry has grown to the Global Mission Field, where many lives have been saved, to the Glory of God. And He said to them,

“Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.”
– Mark 16:15

Therefore, you see Ocean Isle Beach Chapel and with the help of others, this dream came true-built in honor of his wife, Virginia Williamson.
